Click on the Splashtop SOS applet and it will download automatically. Click the box that pops up to allow us to access your computer. After you run the installer, a code will pop up on the applet. Just give us the one time use code and that is all we need to help you out!
Typical “pay as you go” remote support is $75 an hour. We offer a discounted rate at $50 for appointments lasting less than 30 minutes. We also offer monthly plans, including unlimited remote support for both residential and commercial customers.
